“Strategies for energy rehabilitation of buildings” course at COA La Rioja

Last Thursday the 30th we closed the Course on “Strategies for energy rehabilitation of buildings” at the Official College of Architects of La Rioja, with Álvaro Velasco Cabello, David Moreno Rangel and Elena Vilches Álvarez as speakers. The colleagues at Enmedio Studio prepared an agenda with a plural vision that, from the regulatory point of view, the real constructive practice and the aptitude of the regulatory evaluation tools to assess improvement strategies, would provide sufficient vision to undertake these interventions.
